Originally from Melbourne and the youngest of three siblings, Dr Duy Doan brings a thoughtful and approachable style to patient care, creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their oral health without judgement.

After completing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne, Dr Duy went on to graduate with a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Sydney. A strong interest in oral health and tooth development has shaped Dr Duy’s approach to care, with a focus on how decisions made during childhood can influence lifelong dental health.

Helping patients improve their oral health is what Dr Duy enjoys most about dentistry. Taking the time to educate patients, explain treatment clearly and work together to achieve healthy, confident smiles reflects Dr Duy’s patient-centred philosophy. The precision, problem-solving and artistic aspects of dentistry are also what make the profession especially rewarding for Dr Duy.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Duy enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to the movies. Dr Duy can also converse in Vietnamese, helping Vietnamese-speaking patients feel more comfortable throughout their appointments.
