Australian-trained and clinically versatile, Dr Dean Baziotis-Kalfas completed a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Melbourne after first earning a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University. Clinical experience includes work across metropolitan, regional, community, and private settings, including the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and outreach programs supporting remote and underserved communities.

A strong foundation in preventive, restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic and oral surgery treatments underpins Dr Dean’s patient-centred approach, with a growing focus on digital dentistry to enhance precision, comfort, and long-term oral health outcomes. Building trust, empowering patients through education, and creating a calm and personalised treatment experience remain central to his philosophy of care.

Outside the clinic, travel, archaeology, traditional Greek dance, long walks, gym training, and time with friends provide balance and joy beyond dentistry.

Dr Dean values the way dentistry blends science with genuine human connection, creating healthier smiles while building long-term, supportive relationships with patients.
