Dr. Tsow was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada before moving to the States and then to Sydney, Australia to pursue his dream of being a dentist. Since graduating from the University of Sydney’s DMD program, Dr. Tsow is an active member of the Australian Dental Association and continues his learning in the pursuit of new and improved treatment options for his patients.
Dr. Tsow feels strongly that transparency, prevention, and minimal intervention is the key to lasting dental health. As such, he will be sure to explain your x-rays, treatment options and their procedures, and cleaning habits modified to fit your lifestyle to help you create a healthy smile you can have confidence in and confidence maintaining.

Dr Brian’s favourite aspect of dentistry is the ability to make an immediate and significant impact on his patients’ quality of life. Whether it’s relieving toothaches or restoring confidence through beautiful smiles, he finds deep meaning in his work and feels truly grateful to be in this profession.
Doing something is better than doing nothing. If you can’t find the motivation to floss every night, try to floss on some nights or find a way to make it easier to do regularly. I keep disposable floss holders on my nightstand so I can floss while lying down in bed. If it’s important but you can’t do it perfectly, then do it imperfectly—just do it anyway.
