Following an orthodontic assessment, which may include X-rays, photos and scans or impressions, a personalised plan is developed, including the type of braces recommended, an estimated treatment duration, estimated costs, and a clear explanation of what to expect at each stage.
Braces are fitted to the tooth surfaces and adjusted to begin the alignment process. Detailed instructions on cleaning, eating, and day-to-day management are provided at this stage.
Regular appointments are scheduled throughout treatment to make adjustments and monitor progress. Consistent attendance supports the treatment plan staying on track.
Once active orthodontic treatment is complete, a retainer is typically provided to maintain tooth position and support long-term results.
