Dr Sanam Phuyal is a compassionate and globally experienced dentist committed to patient-centred care. After completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Tribhuvan University in Nepal in 2011, she began her career as a Dental Surgeon and Lecturer at Samaj Dental Hospital and Samaj School of Dentistry. Her passion for improving lives through oral health led her to pursue further studies in Australia, where she completed a Master of Health Science at Western Sydney University in 2020.

Before becoming a fully registered dentist in Australia in 2023, Dr Sanam worked across several dental practices in support roles, gaining a deep understanding of local systems and patient care standards. She now practises at Mandurah Dental Surgery, where she is known for her gentle approach and dedication to clinical excellence.

Dr Sanam’s professional interests span preventive care, minimally invasive treatments, and cosmetic dentistry. As a strong advocate for continuous learning, she also incorporates mindfulness into her practice to foster a calm and supportive environment for every patient.

Deeply committed to community service, Dr Sanam has volunteered in rural Nepal through dental camps and health education programs. She has trained local health workers in basic restorative techniques and delivered oral health workshops for school children in underserved areas.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, meditation, cooking wholesome meals, and exploring the outdoors with her husband. Grounded in compassion, Dr Sanam brings warmth, skill, and dedication to every aspect of her work.
